How long does the process take in purchasing tax software?
The Dream Pro onboarding process is quick and straightforward. Once your purchase is completed and your required documentation is submitted, setup is typically completed within 24–48 business hours.
To get started, you will need:
✔ An Active EFIN (for ERO packages)
✔ A Valid PTIN
✔ Required Compliance Documentation
✔ Completion of the Onboarding Process
Once approved, you will receive access to your software, training materials, mentorship resources, and support tools so you can begin preparing returns and growing your tax business.
Is there a contract required?
Yes. Dream Pro requires all PTIN holders and EROs to sign an agreement outlining our policies, compliance requirements, and operating procedures. This helps ensure professionalism, security, and adherence to IRS and industry standards.
Participants may choose to leave the program at any time, provided they are in good standing and are not involved in any pending legal, compliance, contractual, or ethical violations. Any outstanding obligations must be resolved before termination of the agreement.
Our goal is to provide a transparent and supportive partnership while maintaining the integrity of our program and the tax industry.
